Logbook是什么?

可让孩子想象一个电影的画面：船长翻开他那本厚重发黄的手记，拿起一支鹅毛笔，在惊涛骇浪的夜晚记载着航行的状况......那本手记就是我们所谓的 logbook了。

有人建议它可以以数码的方式呈现，但可以稍微加上一些个人的风格、感想、照片、甚至收录在光碟等的方式呈现，然而这建议还未获得官方的研究及认同。
